Je m\u2019appelle Eryne, je suis fran\u00e7aise mais j’\u00e9tudie \u00e0 Dublin, en Irlande, et j\u2019ai jamais trop compris le principe d\u2019un texte simple et factuel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depuis toute petite, j\u2019ai la t\u00eate dans les nuages. Des dizaines d\u2019id\u00e9es fusent et s\u2019entrem\u00ealent constamment, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que je n\u2019aie plus qu\u2019un choix : les mettre sur le papier. Et aussit\u00f4t expuls\u00e9es, de nouvelles font surface, nourries par mes lectures et mon environnement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
J\u2019ai \u00e9crit mon premier roman \u00e0 neuf ans, et je n\u2019ai jamais arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9crire depuis. En janvier 2024, j’ai auto-\u00e9dit\u00e9 le tome 1 de ma duologie fantasy pour adolescents Le Peuple Lunaire<\/em> chez Librinova. Depuis, le tome 2 est\u2026 en pause. Disons. C’est compliqu\u00e9. Et actuellement, je travaille sur un autre roman, cette fois-ci en anglais : Our Mirroring Lies <\/em>(ou Nos Mensonges Miroirs<\/em>), une fantasy Young Adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Et \u00e9videmment, tout ceci se fait en parall\u00e8le de mes \u00e9tudes ! Je suis actuellement en troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de litt\u00e9rature anglais et \u00e9criture cr\u00e9ative \u00e0 UCD \u2014\u00a0University College Dublin \u2014, en Irlande. \u00c9tudier \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, c\u2019est toute une aventure avec ses hauts, mais aussi ses bas. C\u2019est exaltant, terrifiant, et incroyablement enrichissant. Et j’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 tellement appris !<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sur ce site, vous pourrez suivre \u00e0 la fois l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de mes \u00e9crits et de mon rapport \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9criture, ainsi que le r\u00e9cit de mes aventures \u00e0 Dublin (et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame encore plus loin\u00a0dans pas tr\u00e8s longtemps !). Dozens of ideas are constantly running around and around in my brain, leaving me no other choice but to write them down. And as soon as they\u2019ve made their way down to the paper, new ideas immediately appear, fed by my readings and my environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I wrote my first novel when I was nine (believe me you don\u2019t want to see it) and I\u2019ve never stopped writing ever since. In January 2024, I\u2019ve self-published the first book of my fantasy duology for teenagers, *Le Peuple Lunaire (*or The Lunar People<\/em>) on a French platform named Librinova. The second book is currently\u2026 well. On a break. Kinda. It\u2019s complicated. And right now, I\u2019m working on another novel, this time in English: Our Mirroring Lies<\/em>, a YA fantasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And of course, I\u2019m also studying at the same time. I am currently in my third year of English and Creative Writing at UCD (University College Dublin). Studying abroad is both an amazing adventure and also the most terrifying thing I\u2019ve ever done in my life. It already made me learn so much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n On this website, you\u2019ll get a glimpse of both my writing process and my life as a study-abroad student. Oh, and I have to warn you: there will definitely be a lot<\/em> of Disney, Dreamworks and other animation films references in there.
